1. Overview
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all returns are subject to strict conditions to protect product safety and customer health.
By purchasing electronic products, you confirm you are 18 years or older or supervised by a guardian.
All return requests must be submitted via email with order number and supporting documentation.
2. Non Electronic Items
(e.g. wraps, belts, non-powered devices)
Eligible for Return If:
- Unused Unopened
- In original packaging
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
Not Eligible:
- Opened items
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products with signs of wear
Reason: Hygiene and safety compliance.
3. Consumables Products
(e.g. patches, refills, single-use items)
These are non-returnable and non-refundable once sold, unless:
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived damaged
- Consumables cannot be returned due to contamination risk.
4. Electronic Products (Heating Pads, Powered Devices)
A. Returns (Change of Mind)
Electronic products may only be returned if:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Requested within 7 days
- Packaging intact
- Opened electronic items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
B. Limited Functional Warranty (30 Days)
Electronic products are covered by a 30-day limited functional warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Device malfunction under normal intended use
This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Water damage
- Overheating due to improper use
- Physical damage
- Wear and tear
- Incorrect voltage use
- Unauthorized modifications
If a defect is confirmed:
- We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
- Customers may be required to provide video proof of malfunction
Warranty is void if the product shows signs of misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modification, improper charging, or usage contrary to provided safety instructions.
C. Product Safety Disclaimer
We do not sell medical devices. All products sold in our site is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos (and video for electronic malfunction)
- Description of issue
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim rejection.
We reserve the right to assess and verify all claims before approval.
6. Refund Process
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
- Processing may take 5–14 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless error is ours
7. Return Shipping
If return is approved (non-defective cases):
- Customer bears return shipping cost
- Item must be securely packed
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments
If defective and under warranty:
We may reimburse return shipping at our discretion
8. Non-Delivery Claims
If tracking shows “delivered”:
- Claims must be filed within 48 hours
- We will assist in courier investigation
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect address provided
- Missed delivery attempts
- Reshipping fees may apply.
9. Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns from customers with excessive claims
- Deny suspicious warranty claims
- Request additional verification
